It is impossible to measure one’s failings in life as it is impossible to sum up the ideal moments that we get. Surely the sorrow of failings overburdens us and hence seems to be more in ratio. But unless you don’t teeter and sway you don’t get much out of living. All good moments do account for smiles and satisfaction but a striking balance and learning comes when hardships fall in the way.

When We Was Fab

1. Is there a blog as far as its appearance goes that you think is the most fabulous?
I really like some of the blogs. I can't pinpoint them because they mostly have a great appearance. NO I AM NOT BEING DIPLOMATIC.

2. Do you like the look and the contents of your blogs?
Absolutely. All my blogs.

3. Have you ever thought what would happen to your blog in case you died?
I did give it a thought and I concluded that people who read me can keep reading what I scribbled forever because it will always be there. Something to remember me by.

4. Has any particular blogger had a great impact on how you set up and write your blog?
I get inspired by a few national bloggers. How they take up on the existing scenario and blog about it. Tazeen is one of them but that really hasn't had me scribble on the same lines. I just envy her once in a while :)

5. Would you want a fellow blogger to give you suggestions or criticism of what you write?
They all do mostly and some actually are quite blunt.

6. Is the number of visitors each day to your blog important to you?
It is actually. I like to get reviews on my work. I do work like an author. I need feedback.

7. What percentage of your readers do you think actual comment?
The ratio of those who follow me and those who comment is like 10:50 and no I am not kidding.

8. Do you have a favorite blogger who does the memes that you participate in?
I would not name one because I think all excel in memes and do a neat deed with it.

9. How often do you update your blog/site and why?
Every other day it is updated. Consecutively on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday! Because I love doing memes.

A simple woman's daybook: Jan 11

My first time and I loved the whole experience. Thank God time is in my favor today or else I wouldn't have managed this.

Outside my window... there is always a breeze. I can see the dew drops on my flowers and it is a sightly ecstasy.


I am thinking... a long soak with the petals in my tub will do my mind and body good.


I am thankful for... the feelings I have and the senses I keep, for those who lack it don’t know what they are missing.


I am wearing... a shawl to keep me warm and add me charm.


I am remembering... how erotic that kiss was once and how ticklish it always makes me when I recall it.


I am going... to go shopping and buy me loads and loads of girly stuff. About time I treated me.


I am currently reading... absolutely nothing. I like to read blogs but books are not just my companion at the very moment.


I am hoping... one day I will be able to have all the sweets without the scare of adding pounds to my weight.


On my mind... there is nothing but love and love and matrimony.


Noticing that... I haven’t felt like a woman in years.


Pondering these words... “If you find something that could be good… you should hang onto it.” And I let so much goodness slip by me.


From the kitchen... lots of love making and kissing and caressing.


Around the house... my bedroom and bathroom are the favorite places to be.


One of my favorite things… Capturing moments and sipping a delightful cup of café latte.

When we love

When we love, we always strive to become better than we are. We can take jolts and jerks to get to the destination we see happiness happening at. It is decorated with ribbons and lace and lot of grace and while we are at it, the zeal to perfect everything else around us just comes so naturally to us all.

In life there is a fill and there is a drain: we human beings fill the drain with our plans, hopes and wishes, but providence nibbles on the epic design and strategy thus draining the wishes we ever made and making us refrain from making the same mistake ever again.
